Workday integration (HR/TA) HR-Talent acquisition, 7+ Years of experience working and developing application using Workday Talent Acquisition. Experience in Developing Prototype using AI tools Experience in working in Agile teams, Absence, techno funcational, performance,
esign, develop, and support Workday integrations with a focus on Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR modules
Work on Workday Absence, Performance, and Core HCM modules
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs
Act as a techno-functional consultant, bridging business requirements with technical solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Develop prototypes and solutions using AI tools to enhance HR processes
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and system performance
Ensure compliance with HR data governance and security standards
