Work from office mode, 4 days a week from office, 1 day work from home.
Location: Gurgaon
Local candidate is preferred, open to relocation (Note: No relocation assistance)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Can be extended for another 12 months based of project requirement and performance review)

What We’re Looking For
. 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing full lifecycle campus hiring for engineering & B-schools . Strong experience in both intern and full-time hiring (graduate and post-graduate) . Excellent communication, coordination & relationship-building skills
. Strong network and connects across academic institutions . Ability to manage multiple campuses and timelines efficiently . Comfortable with data tracking and reporting . A passion for engaging with early talent and building future pipelines.

What You’ll Do
Drive Campus Hiring Strategy – Own and execute the complete cycle for intern and full-time hiring: from planning, engagement, selection to onboarding. Institute Relationship Management – Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with top engineering & business schools; be the face of the company at campuses. Event Management – Plan and execute pre-placement talks, career fairs, assessments, interviews, and offer rollout with excellence. Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with business, HRBPs, and TA teams to define hiring needs, design campaigns, and ensure great candidate experience. Campus Brand Building – Work with the Employer Branding team to activate on-campus campaigns and engagement activities. Process & Data Ownership – Manage campus dashboards, track metrics, and ensure seamless operations from candidate selection to onboarding.
