Key Responsibilities :
Partner with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies that support growth, culture, transformation, and future
workforce needs.
Collaborate with leaders, Talent Acquisition and other Centers of Expertise (COEs) to forecast talent needs, develop workforce plans, and implement scalable solutions.
Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding company values through onboarding programs, leadership development, and engagement programs.
Drive initiatives that enhance the associate experience and build a strong employer brand.
Lead organizational change efforts, including digital adoption, new ways of working, and process improvements.
Serve as a trusted advisor on complex associate and business matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.
Partner with Talent Management to localize leadership programs, succession planning, and performance frameworks.
Lead and leverage HR analytics, market intelligence, and other data to provide insights and inform talent, compensation, engagement, culture, and other organizational strategies.
Work closely and partner with global HR teams and COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Associate Relations) to ensure alignment and flawless execution of programs, policies, initiatives, or investigative matters.
Lead or co-lead strategic HR projects such as development, inclusion programs, and transformation initiatives.
Lead in-housing/rebadging exercises partnering with other COE’s, maintaining a cadence with Build, Operate, Transform, and
Transfer (BOTT) partners/vendors as part of ongoing relationship and future transitions to Nationwide.
Lead, coach and mentor more junior HR members.
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration or related field.
Experience:
Ten or more years of years of Human Resources with significant experience an HR business partner in a global capability center. Strongly
prefer experience in multiple HR technical areas and leading others in a greenfield operation, or multi-national corporate start up that scaled fast both organically & inorganically.
Technical Skills:
HRIS Platforms (e.g., Workday).
AI-driven tools and analytics platforms.
Data analysis and reporting: Ability to interpret KPIs, SLAs, and metrics for workforce planning, insights and influence, and decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for analytics, PowerPoint for presentations).
Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance.
