Hybrid Working

Overall purpose of role

To deliver HR services and support to Barclays colleagues, candidates, alumni and third-party

vendors. This role is required to handle all absence related and work schedule validation and testing in the

run up to go-live for acquisition project, and support query handling, and expected increase in transactions,

during hypercare and beyond to establish restabilization. Also train the existing team during hypecare

period.

Key Accountabilities

 Delivery and execution of Supporting and Leaving activities aligned with people leader and colleague journeys

aligned with bank policies and regulations, documentation, coordination, and administration.

 Understand Barclays Absence and Work schedule process to support the data migration processes.

 Support on testing absence, work schedule activities during data migration and cut over activities.

 Manage queries post Go live and train existing team on migrated colleagues data.

 Maintenance of colleague absence, work schedule and reference data in relevant HR information systems,

ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations, reporting and analytics.
