wavespace Facilitator – Supervising Associate

• Facilitation

• Experience design & design‑thinking capability

• design thinking and human‑centered design methodologies

• Ability to translate business challenges into structured agendas, activities, and frameworks

• designing immersive experiences for both in‑person and virtual sessions

• Strong end‑to‑end ownership of sessions (planning, preparation, delivery, follow‑ups)

• Digital collaboration & tools

• Hands‑on experience with Miro / Mural / Lucid / Slido and other digital collaboration tools

To qualify you must have

• Experience and confidence with facilitation

• Exposure to design thinking methodology 

• Proven ability to successfully deliver impactful innovation sessions​ 

• Creative problem-solving skills

• Ability to navigate challenging situations in real-time  

• Consulting experience 

• 8+ years of experience in conducting design thinking workshops & facilitating

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Degree in Design Thinking 

• Specific industry or sector experience 

• Business development experience
