Job Title - Draftsman

Qualification -Auto Cad Draftsman (Building Works)

Experience -3 Years

Location -Pune, Maharashtra

Criteria/Knowledge Area

High proficiency in AutoCAD is must.

Strong technical drawing skills with high attention to details.

Knowledge of Building architecture, building materials and constructions. Also, in depth understanding of building plans elevations & sections

Should be able to work with layer management & in Cad model and paper space.

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Drafting: Creating detailed, accurate 2D layouts- Preliminary Unit arrangement layouts, final execution details/final drawings & drawings related to regulatory compliance.

Collaboration: Working with designers & project managers to understand the sketches & convert those in to auto cad drawings.

Revisions: Updating existing drawings based on design changes or site feedback.

Compliance: Ensuring all drawings adhere to regulatory standards and building codes
