Associate Creative Director - Copy Writer

Your key responsibilities

  • Deliver great creative ideas that shape audience perception, engagement, and participation.

  • Coach and train the wider team.

  • Provide creative leadership to the team to deliver great creative campaigns.

  • Produce strategically sound conceptual work.

  • Adhere to EY brand guidelines, meet, and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, budget, and efficiency.

  • Stay up to date with current and future designs, web standards, concepts and industry trends and advocate the same to team members and customers.

  • Provide creative direction to support the team, coordinate with team members and others to resolve issues, as necessary.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to employ pop culture trends, creativity, executional approaches

  • Lead project discussions with customers with a customer-centric mindset

  • Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects parallelly

  • Be a part and contribute towards various organizational initiatives.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

 

At least 12 years of overall experience in a fast-paced global environment, with a minimum of 8 years in advertising agencies

Have experience leading teams in creative agencies or in-house brand teams, championing high-visibility campaigns for top global brands (preferably B2B)
