Job Details

• Minimum 2+ years of LIVE underwriting experience (US Residential Mortgage only)

• Strong in 4Cs of underwriting (mandatory)

• Experience in Live Underwriting / Income Calculation / DTI / LTV

• Experience with FNMA, FHLMC guidelines

• Good decision-making & loan evaluation skills

• Shift: US Shift (5:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

• 4Cs (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral)

• AUS (DU / LPA)

• Income Calculation

• Self-employed income

• Agency guidelines (FNMA/FHLMC)

• FHA / VA loans

• Conditions clearing

• Final credit decision

• Risk assessment
