Trade Services Processor
Job Description – Trade Services Analyst
In This Role, You Will:Provide support for processing new collections, payments, trade acceptances, and tracing outstanding items
Advise and issue letter of credit amendments, including negotiation of letter of credit documents
Receive direction from supervisors and escalate non-routine or complex issues when required
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve operational issues and achieve team goals
Interact with internal customers to ensure smooth trade processing and service delivery
Develop understanding of function-specific policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Minimum 1+ years of Trade Services experience, OR equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to identify situations requiring escalation or additional due diligence
Understanding and consistent adherence to compliance frameworks including BSA/AML, sanctions, and anti-boycott regulations
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment
Good communication and coordination skills
