Lead Commercial Valuation coordinator

Lead the commercial valuation coordination lifecycle for collateralized lending portfolios

Manage and assign valuation requests to appraisers/vendors and track progress

Review commercial appraisal reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance

Work closely with ABL, credit risk, underwriting, and loan operations teams

Ensure proper collateral coverage and valuation alignment with lending requirements

Monitor SLAs and drive timely delivery of valuation reports

Resolve escalations and discrepancies in valuation outcomes

Maintain MIS, dashboards, and reporting related to valuations and collateral

Drive process improvements and standardization across valuation workflows

Mentor junior team members and act as SME for valuation-related queries
