Portfolio Surveillance: Maintain continuous oversight of a multi-million dollar CRE portfolio, ensuring all covenants are met and annual reviews are completed accurately.
Accounting Analysis: Apply advanced accounting principles to analyze global cash flow, bridge the gap between GAAP and cash-basis reporting, and assess the liquidity of sponsors/guarantors.
Market Analysis: Monitor CRE market trends, vacancy rates, and cap rate shifts within specific geographic territories to adjust portfolio risk ratings accordingly.
