Senior Quality Assurance Administrator - (Full Time)

  • Provide support and scoring guidance quality assurance staff by answering questions on regulations or compliance, procedures, policies and First Call Resolution

  • Escalate key maintenance errors identified during scoring process and ensure resolution of same, reviewing programs, processes, documentation, to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or government regulations

  • Review systems to ensure company standards are met, exceptions are notated, and issues escalated as necessary

  • Assist in development and design of product specific databases

  • Review and score work

  • Prepare calibration score and facilitate calibrations across the team to ensure consistency of quality scores delivered to clients

  • Monitor quality assurance programs and processes to identify gaps and risk assessment

  • Design and conduct training for as needed

  • Provide coaching to staff and track performance expectations and results

  • Make final scoring decisions on disputes which impact quality results

  • Interact with staff and business partners to promote team work and departmental effectiveness

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Job Expectations:

Loan Aging : 

This role operates in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing, and client‑support‑driven loan environment. The individual will work within the warehouse loan system, primarily responsible for account monitoring, while maintaining direct interaction with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external clients to provide ongoing, systematic updates related to aged loan portfolio monitoring.

  • Manage real‑time work volumes with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to tight turnaround times.

  • Handle critical, time‑sensitive tasks where delays may have financial or compliance impact.

  • Adhere strictly to process controls, escalation protocols, and SLA commitments.

  • Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with GSE guidelines, wholesale and residential retail processes (commercial experience is also considered).

  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, data validation, and data review.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.

  • Pre‑Funding Loan Review

  • This role functions in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing, and client‑support‑based loan environment. The individual will work within the warehouse loan system, primarily reviewing loans for eligibility to the warehouse line, while working closely with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing, systematic reviews of loan eligibility in coordination with internal and external clients.

  • Conduct pre‑funding loan reviews and communicate directly with clients regarding loans deemed ineligible for the facility.

  • Manage real‑time volumes with strict adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks.

  • Execute critical pre‑funding tasks that directly impact funding timelines and client experience.

  • Escalate issues promptly and ensure resolution within established turnaround times.

  • Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, including Notes, Deeds of Trust, Allonges, Endorsements, and Riders.

  • Familiarity with the full lifecycle of residential mortgage loans, from funding through settlement.

  • Knowledge of GSE guidelines, wholesale and residential retail processes (commercial experience also considered).

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the areas listed below:

  • Extensive customer‑facing experience in mortgage or commercial lending environments.

  • Experience supporting new and existing account setups with a strong client‑support background.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, data validation, review, verification, and reconciliation.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high‑pressure environment with real‑time volumes and tight SLAs.

  • Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage critical, time‑sensitive tasks effectively.
