Senior Business Execution Administrator
Support operations of a specific business line
Administer programs, projects, and processes specific to the business
Manage requests related to community relations events, sponsorships, funding, volunteer activities, and special programs
Perform administrative business operations tasks
Improve efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness of processes and escalate operational concerns when required
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to business partners
Coordinate and monitor implementation of processes, procedures, and policies
Support Strategy and Execution teams on operational initiatives
Provide support across multiple business groups or a specific line of business
2+ years of Administrative Support or Business Support experience
OR equivalent experience through work, training, military experience, or education
Experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Operations, or Financial Crimes
Experience executing self-assurance activities, including business monitoring, surveillance, QA/QC testing
Ability to ensure business process controls are effective and support identification of issues, root cause analysis, escalation, and corrective actions
Experience in QA methodology implementation including:
Creating and maintaining QA test scripts and documentation
Maintaining centralized QA activity inventory
Documenting QA reports clearly and accurately
Performing reporting, escalation, and issue resolution
Experience working with risk and control frameworks (including control mapping and testing)
Ability to support QA programs for regulatory operations and participate in high-volume, high-priority projects
Ability to identify process improvements and risk control enhancements
Experience supporting production environments as per business requirements
3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Regulatory Operations
Quality Assurance
Business Support
Operational Risk Management
Business Operations or Strategic Planning in financial services
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
Experience in QA/compliance/audit/post-transaction testing
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in reporting and MIS
Strong understanding of internal controls, risk identification, and process evaluation
