Scrum Master
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Drives Scrum adoption across all levels in the organization.
• Assessing and leading scrum team, organization and coaching to higher level of maturity
• Facilitate agile team ceremonies, participate and contribute to daily synchronization meetings
• Facilitate with your team the estimation and planning for creation of useful, reliable and practical plans for next Program Increment and support Product management Team in high level estimation of the product roadmap
• Proactively addresses systemic impediments to team agility and guides the team(s) on methods to escalate when needed to prevent challenges from becoming blocker
• Own project burn ups/metrics (velocity tracking/forecasting)
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information
• Being involved in cutting edge technology, development and quality practices, driving continuous improvement and mentoring the teams in these areas
• Assists Product Managers/ Owners, System Architect and stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
• Contribute outside the team to standardize new ways of working and Promote team building/team accountability
Education (minimum/desirable): Masters/ PhD in Computer Sciences / IT or other quantitative sciences
Experience / Skills:
7+ years’ experience as Scrum Master
PSM -1 / PSM -2 / CSM / CSP certification is mandatory
Business understanding of pharmaceutical industry and data standards. Domain experience in at least one of the following areas – a) Pharma R&D, b) Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain and c) Marketing and Sales. Experience in working in Pharma / Life Science industry strongly preferred
Preferably agile experience in large data programs
Scaled Agile (SAFe, LESS) experience is a plus
