We are seeking a highly accomplished, exceptionally versatile Consultant, Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our strategic initiatives. This is a critical advisory and execution position for an elite professional who demands excellence in everything they do.

You will act as the primary operational driver for the company, simultaneously architecting, overseeing, and successfully delivering 20+ concurrent, highly complex work streams. Key Responsibilities

  • Massive-Scale Portfolio Management: Direct, synchronize, and flawlessly execute 20+ cross-functional work streams simultaneously, ensuring absolute alignment with the company’s highest strategic objectives.

  • Elite Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the definitive voice of the program. Deliver crystal-clear, compelling, and tailored communications to all levels of the organization, from front-line contributors to the C-suite and Board of Directors.

  • Uncompromising Execution: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all assigned programs. Guarantee delivery on time, under budget, and beyond quality expectations, leaving no detail overlooked.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the ultimate bridge across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, dissolving silos and driving a unified, high-performance execution culture.

  • Proactive Risk & Change Management: Anticipate roadblocks before they materialize. Develop bulletproof contingency plans and pivot strategies effortlessly without disrupting project momentum.

Core Program Management Competencies

To successfully manage 20+ simultaneous work streams, the candidate must demonstrate absolute mastery in the following areas:

  • Strategic Roadmapping & Alignment: Ability to translate abstract corporate vision into highly structured, multi-phase program roadmaps that tie directly to business outcomes.

  • Advanced Risk & Dependency Management: Exceptional foresight to map out complex dependencies across dozens of teams, coupled with predictive risk modeling to neutralize threats before they impact delivery.

  • Resource & Capacity Orchestration: Precision in forecasting, allocating, and leveling resources (human, financial, and technical) across competing priorities to prevent burnout and ensure efficiency.

  • Financial Acumen: Deep experience managing multi-million-dollar program budgets, tracking P&L, forecasting burn rates, and ensuring maximum ROI for every initiative.

  • Governance & Process Engineering: Proven ability to build scalable program governance frameworks, establish robust PMO standards, and enforce quality assurance without creating administrative bloat.

  • Data-Driven Performance Tracking: Expertise in building out executive dashboards and establishing clear KPIs to monitor the health, velocity, and impact of all 20+ work streams at a glance.

  • Organizational Change Management: Skill in driving widespread adoption of new systems or processes, utilizing structured change management techniques to overcome resistance and ensure seamless transitions.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

  • Experience: 15+ years of demonstrable success in senior program management, portfolio management, or strategic consulting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Mastery of the Craft: Deep, practical expertise in varied methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). A PMP certification is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional Communication: Peerless written, verbal, and presentation skills. You can distill deeply complex, technical problems into simple, actionable insights.
