MIS & Reporting : AVP

Key Responsibilities

 Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide

insights into business performance and key metrics.

 Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support decision-

making at all levels of the organization.

 MIS Functionality: Build and enhance the MIS function to ensure accurate and timely reporting of critical

business information.

 Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure

alignment with business objectives.

 Data Visualization: Utilize Power BI and other tools to create visually appealing and informative data

visualizations that facilitate understanding and communication of data insights.

 Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness

of business operations and initiatives.

 Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in reports and dashboards through

rigorous testing and validation processes.

 Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to access and interpret reports

and dashboards.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistical Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related

field.

 Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc. familiarity with SQL R,

Python and other data manipulation tools is a plus.

 Experience: Proven experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis roles, preferably in IT/ITES environment.

 Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and

provide actionable insights.

 Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data

insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

 Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced

environment.
