Key Responsibilities

● Lead the activities related to the business operations at Asia Pacific & Global level – weekly, monthly, quarterly data refresh activities; manage delivery of business insight packages to stakeholders

● Coordinate with Global and APAC markets for system readiness and setups

● Work with internal stakeholders to ensure and improve the data quality, data alignment and data dictionary for reporting and automation

● Identify and document operations processes and drive solution optimization

● Should be able to maintain system hygiene, set up master’s data, conduct DQT for accurate and reliable system output. Drive planning system adoption.

● Should have working knowledge to Data lakes and Data warehouses. Be able to set up ETL operations for planning reports and data governance. Ability to manage and interpret large datasets and translate into business insights. Also have knowledge system interfaces or multi system data flows.

● Accountable for SC performance metrices (Forecast accuracy, customer service and cashflow) targets. Should be able to derive insights, identify risks and take actions for performance improvements.

● Participate monthly Demand Planning cycles across APAC markets, including baseline generation and Market Intelligence alignments. Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forums as per need.

● Participate in short term exception management/STEM forums with markets to ensure customer service and supply reliability. Action corrective measures. Conduct inventory entitlement and safety stocks set ups for markets


Qualifications & Skills Required

● 2-5 Years of relevant experience, A minimum of 2 years relevant Data handling and analytics required

● Proven ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable recommendations.

● STEM Graduates or Postgraduates with expertise in Business/Data Analytics or related field

● Knowledge/Certifications in Supply chain preferred, experience in supply chain planning & operations and systems Digital Skills

● Proficient in MS Office, (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

● Digital & Automation tools: Python, Power BI and any other automation tools like KNIME, Alteryx

● Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, other LLMs)
