Global Transportation Analytics Specialist

Job Description

The analytical framework should include

 Provide insights to answer key Transportation business questions and anticipate opportunities based on

analytical, data, and business knowledge

 Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration

with business stakeholders.

 Reporting ownership of dailly/weekly/monthly performance for company KPI metrics.

 Develop and own the Dashboard, KPIs, and reports for transportation performance, logistics costs, carrier

performance, E2E Order to Payment , network optimization and standardize reporting across regions

 Design and Maintain PowerBI with interactive visualization.

 Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify cost, service, and operational improvement opportunities.

 Responsible for providing insights and analytics from reports and business needs in support of the GTTO

 Deliver internal continuous improvement projects focused on automating recurring reports, enhancing

quality checks, and driving operational efficiencies using PowerApps, Power Automate, Alteryx, and other

relevant tools

 Participate & contribute in discussions in various company performance meetings and be prepared to

present results at all levels of the organization.

 Leverage historical data analysis to uncover trends, variances, and benchmarks, develop POCs, and deliver

actionable insights to key stakeholders

 Create reports and maintains management reports as directed by the Regional / global or country leaders.

 Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout

the organization

 Support ad hoc Transportation data analysis requests on an as-needed basis.

 Will support additional business needs regarding reporting and analytics of the company as needed. i.e.

High level Corporate Strategic analysis initiatives; providing data, and insight leveraging experience and

knowledge of Transportation, to provide direction and data to other teams.

Essential:

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science or statistic or commerce , knowledge of Supply Chain

preferable

 Experience >= 5 yrs in relevant business/function.

 Working Knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, PowerApps,

PowerAutomate, Alteryx,SQL and Databricks

 Clear Written and Oral communication

 High-quality, trusted analytics supporting business decisions

 Timely delivery of analytics solutions

 Improved stakeholder satisfaction and adoption

Desirable:

 Basic appreciation overall Supply chain/Transportation process and Analytics

 Working knowledge and application of SQL, Python or any other (advanced) analytics tools
