Marketing Coordinator: Private Wealth Management

Location: Pune, India Experience: 1–3 Years

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our Private Wealth Management division. This role acts as a central hub for the Regional Marketing Strategy, Events, and Project Management teams. You will be responsible for the seamless execution of administrative and technical workflows that power our client engagement and marketing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign & Event Administration

  • Marketing Automation: Create and distribute internal and external communications, including invitations, announcements, and landing pages using Pardot.

  • CRM Management: Launch and manage campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and post-event attendance reconciliation.

  • Feedback & Insights: Design and deploy nomination forms and post-event surveys using Survey Monkey.

Operational Support

  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule internal and external calls across global time zones.

  • Asset Production: Compile professional biography books and detailed agenda documents in Microsoft Word.

  • Compliance Coordination: Liaise with the Legal department to ensure slides, recordings, and marketing materials are reviewed and approved before use.

  • Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and marketing initiatives as required by the strategy and project management teams.

Qualifications & Attributes

Experience & Education

  • Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative, marketing, or team support role. Prior experience in event management or marketing operations is a significant plus.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, Survey Monkey, and Zoom is highly preferred.
