Lead Infrastructure Engineer
In this role, you will:
Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS
Manage macOS endpoints using Intune and Apple ecosystem tools
Configure and maintain device enrollment programs (Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment)
Implement device lifecycle management: provisioning, configuration, patching, retirement
Integrate Intune with Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Troubleshoot macOS-specific issues related to MDM, certificates, and OS updates
Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python
Automate application deployment, configuration remediation, and reporting
Improve operational efficiency through scripting and workflows
Integrate endpoint management with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and certificate-based authentication
Engineer and deploy Microsoft’s Modern Workplace suite of solutions.
Lead the transition into the Modern Workplace which comprises Windows 10/11, Windwos365, and Productivity Apps.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
Solid expertise managing macOS in enterprise environments
Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM)
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access
Proficiency in PowerShell and macOS scripting (Bash/Zsh)
Experience with endpoint security tools (Microsoft Defender preferred)
Understanding of MDM/MAM concepts and modern workplace architectures
Job Expectations:
4–8+ years of experience in endpoint management, EUC, or IT infrastructure
Experience managing environments with 1,000+ endpoints preferred
Prior experience in hybrid or cloud-first environments
