VP/Enterprise System Management Manager

Qualifications, Experience, Education:

·         8-12 years of relevant experience

·         Bachelor’s degree – Computer Engineering / Computer Science/ IT Information Technology

Skills:

Required Technical Experience and Skills:

·   Thorough Windows/Linux/Unix system administration knowledge

·   Experience with network and system monitoring protocols, SNMP, syslog, ICMP, WMI, perfmon, etc.

·   Scripting and automation (Python, Perl, Shell, PowerShell, Java, etc.) proficiency

·   Experience with SIEMs such as Splunk, Google SecOps

·   Experience with monitoring tools, such as Datadog, SCOM

·   Knowledge of information security principles, theories and concepts, plus advanced knowledge of

current systems, networks, or specialized security technologies.

·   Hands-on experience in designing, engineering, and implementing internet facing infrastructure and

defining security strategies, such as:

o    Data Loss Protection 

o    DNS/DHCP

o    Load Balancing (Local and Global)

·   Understanding of TCP/IP

·   Excellent communication skills and be comfortable working closely with senior business partners,

including advance presentation skills

·   Ability to build efficient internal relationships and communicate extensively with key internal

stakeholders

·   Experience to lead and manage projects involving senior technical individual contributors

·   Ability to provide functional and strategic guidance to staff and recommend policy or strategic

direction changes to management

·   Ability to drive consistent and repeatable results

·   Ability to provide overall technical project planning for product enhancements
