Job Summary

The Lead Commercial Loan Closing Representative is responsible for the end-to-end execution of complex commercial credit transactions. You will lead the deal setup and closing process for both Bilateral and Syndicated loans, ensuring all legal, compliance, and operational requirements are met before funding. As a "Lead," you will provide subject matter expertise to junior staff, handle the most intricate deal structures, and act as the primary liaison between Relationship Managers, legal counsel, and syndicate participants.

1. Deal Setup & Execution

• Coordinate the end-to-end closing process for complex commercial loans, including Bilateral (single lender) and Syndicated (multi-bank) facilities.

• Manage "Deal Setup" in core banking systems (e.g., Loan IQ, ACBS), accurately reflecting interest rates, fee structures, and repayment schedules.

• Review Credit Agreements and ancillary documents (Notes, Guarantees, Security Agreements) to ensure they match approved credit terms.

2. Specialized Loan Management

• Syndication Expertise: Manage the communication flow between the Agent Bank and syndicate members. Ensure accurate allocation of commitment shares and timely distribution of legal packets.
