CRM Business Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Product Management / Business Analysis contractor to support our US CRM product organization from Hyderabad. The role will work closely with US-based Product Owners / Directors to translate strategic priorities into structured execution, actionable requirements, backlog-ready user stories, and coordinated delivery plans. This role is intended to provide focused near-term support on high-priority CRM initiatives while helping improve delivery discipline, stakeholder alignment, and execution readiness across the CRM product landscape. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in product management support, business analysis, CRM transformation, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional delivery execution. This scope is directly aligned with the Hyderabad-based Senior Manager role you updated, which emphasizes structured execution support, requirement clarity, backlog refinement, delivery readiness, and partnership with US CRM leadership.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Product Execution Support

Support US-based Product Owners / Directors in turning strategic priorities into structured initiatives, workstreams, and actionable product increments.

Help organize and drive execution readiness across priority CRM capabilities.

Support sequencing, dependency tracking, and delivery coordination across stakeholders..

Business Analysis and Requirement Development

Gather, synthesize, and document business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Translate ambiguous asks into executable work items for delivery teams.

Ensure requirements are structured, traceable, and aligned to business outcomes.

Backlog and Delivery Readiness

Support backlog refinement, prioritization preparation, sequencing, and dependency visibility.

Help maintain delivery-ready work items with clear business context and definition of ready/done.

Improve release readiness through better requirement quality and stakeholder alignment.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work across business, product leadership, Hyderabad teams, technology, data, testing, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure aligned execution.

Surface risks, clarify open decisions, and support timely issue resolution.

Provide concise working updates and execution support to product leadership.

Process Improvement and Adoption

Identify friction in current workflows and suggest practical improvements in process, handoffs, and execution ways of working.

Support change readiness through documentation, release notes, and business-facing enablement inputs where needed.

Help improve operating model discipline across intake, prioritization, and release coordination.

Required Skills and Experience

9-12+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, CRM enablement, consulting, or related delivery roles.

Strong experience converting business needs into user stories, process maps, structured requirements, and prioritized work items.

Experience working in agile / product-led delivery environments with backlog refinement and cross-team coordination.

Strong exposure to CRM, customer engagement, commercial enablement, field enablement, or digital platform ecosystems.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva, Salesforce Life Sciences, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or similar enterprise platforms is desirable.

Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders, especially US-based teams.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capability, with the ability to influence without authority.

Exposure to life sciences / healthcare / pharmaceuticals and regulated environments is preferred.

Experience supporting execution in fast-moving transformation programs is highly desirable.
