Consultant – Program Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a highly accomplished and versatile Program Manager / Consultant to drive critical strategic initiatives. This role sits at the core of business operations, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver complex, high-impact programs.
You will act as a key operational leader, managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Program Management:
Lead and execute multiple large-scale programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Stakeholder Management:
Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership
End-to-End Delivery:
Own the complete lifecycle of programs—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across Engineering, Product, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to drive execution
Risk & Change Management:
Identify potential risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery
Strategic road mapping and execution planning
Risk, dependency, and stakeholder management
Resource planning and capacity management
Financial oversight, budgeting, and ROI tracking
Governance framework and PMO best practices
Data-driven decision making and performance tracking
Organizational change management
10+ years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, or Consulting
Strong experience managing large-scale, complex programs
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies (PMP preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in ambiguous environments and drive outcomes
