Key Responsibilities

1. Loan IQ Deal Management

  • Deal Modeling: Set up and maintain complex multi-currency syndicated deal structures in Loan IQ, including Revolvers, Term Loans, and Delayed Draw facilities.

  • Lifecycle Events: Execute drawdowns, paydowns, rollovers, and rate fixings (LIBOR transitions to SOFR/Risk-Free Rates).

  • Fee Administration: Calculate and process agency fees, commitment fees, and skimming/utilization fees within the system.

2. Syndication & Agency Services

  • Agent Bank Duties: Manage communications between the Borrower and the Lender Group. Distribute financial covenants, compliance certificates, and notices via platforms like Intralinks or DebtDomain.

  • Swingline & L/C Issuance: Coordinate swingline advances and Letter of Credit issuances under syndicated umbrellas, ensuring sub-limit tracking.

  • Secondary Trading: Support par and distressed loan trading settlements, ensuring accurate assignment of positions and "Wash Account" reconciliations.
