Process modelling and system mapping
Data analysis (Excel, Power Query, BI tools or equivalent)
Financial modelling and cost analysis (including CapEx and OpEx considerations)
Business case contribution
Requirements traceability and documentation
Experience within network, infrastructure or enterprise technology environments.
Experience working with complex datasets in a business analysis or similar role.
Understanding of lifecycle management principles (e.g. EOL/EOS, support contracts, technical debt).
Knowledge of governance or architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or equivalent).
Knowledge of risk management and prioritization approaches.
Experience operating within large or global corporate environments and supporting complex change initiatives.
Strong communication skills across business and technical audiences.
Analytical thinking with sound judgement and attention to detail.
Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Self-motivated and accountable for delivery to agreed deadlines.
Effective relationship builder across operational and technical teams, including virtual teams.
Confident working independently within defined parameters.
Collaborative team contributor, able to operate effectively as a shared resource.
Commercial awareness and consideration of financial and operational impact.
