Roles and responsibilities

• Process modelling and system mapping

• Data analysis (Excel, Power Query, BI tools or equivalent)

• Financial modelling and cost analysis (including CapEx and OpEx considerations)

• Business case contribution

• Requirements traceability and documentation

• Experience within network, infrastructure or enterprise technology environments.

• Experience working with complex datasets in a business analysis or similar role.

• Understanding of lifecycle management principles (e.g. EOL/EOS, support contracts, technical debt).

• Knowledge of governance or architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or equivalent).

• Knowledge of risk management and prioritization approaches.

• Experience operating within large or global corporate environments and supporting complex change initiatives.

• Strong communication skills across business and technical audiences.

• Analytical thinking with sound judgement and attention to detail.

• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.

• Self-motivated and accountable for delivery to agreed deadlines.

• Effective relationship builder across operational and technical teams, including virtual teams.

• Confident working independently within defined parameters.

• Collaborative team contributor, able to operate effectively as a shared resource.

• Commercial awareness and consideration of financial and operational impact.
