Business Execution Associate
We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Product Owner to bridge the gap between our business stakeholders and technical engineering teams. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for transforming high-level business visions into actionable technical requirements, ensuring that our products deliver maximum value to the end user.
The ideal candidate possesses the analytical mindset of a BA and the decisiveness of a PO, with a mastery of the Agile framework and Jira for project management.
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Elicitation: Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, clients, and subject matter experts to define project scope and objectives.
Documentation: Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications that serve as the single source of truth for development.
Backlog Management: Translate high-level requirements into detailed User Stories with clear, testable Acceptance Criteria.
Analysis & Validation: Conduct thorough analysis validation to ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos; act as the primary point of contact for the dev team regarding requirement clarity.
Tool Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and prioritized backlog within Jira, ensuring all tickets are up-to-date and accurately reflected.
Requirement Engineering: Proven expertise in interviewing, document analysis, and workflow profiling to extract core business needs.
User-Centric Design: Ability to write compelling User Stories from the persona’s perspective (As a... I want... So that...).
Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Scrum or Kanban methodologies and the ability to pivot priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Software Mastery: Expert-level experience with Jira and Confluence for tracking progress and documenting requirements.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to validate data and logic, identifying potential "edge cases" before they reach production.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar requirements-focused role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to "translate" between technical developers and non-technical business leaders.
Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying bottlenecks and proposing process improvements.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; certifications like CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or CBAP are a plus.
