• Work Shift: US Business Hours (4:30 PM to 12:00 AM IST OR 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)

This position sits within the Private Client Administration function, serving as an operational bridge between Sales, Portfolio Management, and Operations. The Team Leader oversees account setup activities, maintains quality control, manages daily team work allocation, and supports process automation.

• Manage client onboarding, account opening, and specialized alternative investment processing.

• Ensure team adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding accuracy and turnaround times.

• Coordinate daily task distribution, conduct 1-on-1 performance reviews, and support team development.

• Drive process optimization, maintain corrective action logs, and leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
