Job Opportunity -   Sr. Project Manager

Key Accountabilities

 Cross-functional leadership and strategic target setting for development of CMO network.

 A proven leader in project management ideally of outsourcing projects, as well as contributor to new Licensing-in deals.

 Managing highly complex & non heterogeneous projects within the India landscape.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead cross-functional projects across a portfolio of outsourcing Contract Manufacturing Organizations, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical technical manufacturing and relationship management.

 A strong knowledge of Contract Management & Pharmaceutical Compliance, within India environment.

 Cross-functional leader of projects for oral solid dose products in a mature portfolio.

 Developing business continuity plans into the new outsourcing projects.

 CMO lifecycle management with a strategy focus on the long term.

 CMO selection for business model elaboration and business case preparation; support Healthcare strategy.

 CMO relationship management; supporting any negotiation of Contracts and Technical Agreements.

 Project leader of activities within to evaluate, improve and define processes within the India network

 Project leader of activities to ensure implementation of regulatory requirements such as the India Pharmacopoeia

 Hands-on experience in project management and pharmaceutical technical manufacturing.

 Supply chain knowledge for the management of capacity demand planning in the short term and long range.

 Develop our network by leading expansion projects, technical transfers and performing CMO selections

 An ability to interact with senior stakeholders in the operational and commercial network

 Effective communication within the organization to senior leaders, pitching the messaging at the right level of detail and building confidence and trust in doing so.

 Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and maximize impact for delivering goals.

Education

 Academic degree in natural or applied sciences (Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry)

 Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)

Work Experience

 Minimum of 3-5 year work experience in Pharma and/or Biopharmaceutical production activities

 Minimum 2-3 year experience with Project Management, leading cross functional teams

 Strong experience in customer and/or supplier relationship management, in an international environment

 Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills for interaction with external suppliers, healthcare affiliates and senior management.

 Excellent organizational skills including analytical thinking and ability to balance several on-going projects simultaneously with ability to remain focused in the presence of shifting priorities and strategies in timely response to the business need

 Prepared for business travel requirements
