Job Summary
The Project Management Coordinator supports Project Managers and project teams in the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in developing a career in project management. The coordinator ensures project activities, documentation, schedules, and communications are organized and maintained to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in project planning and scheduling activities.
Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), and follow-up actions.
Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays or risks.
Support project governance activities and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates.
Maintain project repositories and ensure proper document control.
Assist with resource, budget, and risk tracking.
Communicate project updates to stakeholders under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience (internship experience is advantageous).
Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
