Core Responsibilities

1. Employee Advocacy & Advisor Branding

  • Program Leadership: Manage the employee social media advocacy program via Hearsay Social, acting as the primary point of contact for all platform-related inquiries.

  • Training & Development: Lead Advisor training sessions and maintain updated educational materials (e.g., Brainshark) to help investment professionals build their digital presence.

  • Library Management: Curate and update the Hearsay content library with a mix of national brand content and regional event-specific assets.

2. Social Media Channel Management

  • Content Creation: Oversee organic content production, collaborating with copywriters and designers to produce high-impact graphics and messaging.

  • Editorial Calendar: Maintain a robust social media calendar and execute postings via our enterprise scheduling platforms.

  • Growth & Engagement: Implement strategies to increase brand awareness, expand our digital network, and drive high-quality traffic to our flagship website.

3. Analytics & Strategy

  • Performance Tracking: Partner with the data and analytics team to measure campaign success against KPIs and industry benchmarks.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of social media technologies, competitor insights, and platform best practices to keep our strategy cutting-edge.

  • Compliance: Ensure all social media activities strictly adhere to financial services rules and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience & Education

  • Professional Background: 4–6 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role, preferably within financial services or luxury markets.

  • Education: BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.

Technical & Digital Mastery

  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter best practices.

  • Data Fluency: Strong understanding of social media KPIs, SEO, and web traffic metrics.

  • Advocacy Tools: Experience with Hearsay Social or similar advocacy platforms is a significant advantage.

  • Paid Media: Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus but not required.

Professional Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

  • Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to nimbly switch gears in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team Mentality: A collaborative problem-solver who approaches every business development conversation through the lens of social media impact.

Why This Role?

This is a high-visibility position where you can directly influence the digital identity of a premier global investment firm. You will work at the intersection of high-finance and modern digital storytelling, empowered by a culture that values intellectual curiosity and rewards proactive innovation.
