Senior Sourcing Consultant

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage spend categories, develop sourcing strategies, and negotiate contracts for products, services, and suppliers

• Contribute to cost savings targets across multiple categories and improve supplier performance

• Review and analyze contract data, business goals, and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Define deal strategies and manage all aspects of contract negotiations and supplier evaluation

• Handle the complete lease process from origination to final execution, ensuring all documents are properly received and executed

• Maintain lease administration systems and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company policies

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure appropriate contract language and final documentation

• Lead projects and support or mentor junior team members

• Research and respond to internal and external queries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, or equivalent experience through work, training, education, or military background
