R0018105 - Salesforce Administrator/Developer
What You’ll Do:
The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will play a critical role in ensuring the stability,
usability, and continuous improvement of the firm’s Private Wealth Management
business’ CRM platform. This position blends operational excellence with hands-on
configuration work, supporting business users while driving enhancements that elevate

Platform Support & Issue Management
· Actively monitor the production support queue and provide timely triage for
incoming issues.
· Communicate directly with users to understand the challenges they encounter
and guide them toward effective solutions.
· Manage SLAs and KPIs related to issue acknowledgement, investigation, and
resolution.
· Collaborate with internal technology teams to drive issues to successful closure.
· Contribute to the knowledge base to improve future troubleshooting efficiency
and team-wide learning.
User Administration & Security
· Administer user accounts, including license provisioning, access management,
and deactivation.
· Maintain and optimize platform security, including sharing rules, permission sets,
profiles, roles, and data access policies.
· Design and maintain user hierarchies that reflect organizational structure and
support business operations effectively.
Configuration, Enhancements & Release Management
· Configure and optimize the Salesforce platform to improve usability, streamline
processes, and support business goals.
· Manage new Salesforce releases and ensure smooth rollout of new features and
updates.
· Create and maintain fields, objects, page layouts, dashboards, reports,
campaigns, and other core Salesforce components.
· Build custom objects and flows when required to support advanced business
processes.
· Execute ongoing configuration and customization activities as business needs
evolve.
Reporting, Insights & Data Quality
· Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests with accuracy and speed.
· Support data quality through routine audits, cleanup efforts, and proactive
governance practices.
What We’re Looking For:
This position requires:
· 5–6 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration and development
experience, supporting complex, fastmoving business environments. on Salesforce

· Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering,
or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
· Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications
(Required); additional Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.
· Experience working in Financial services is preferred.
· Strong CI/CD development skills, with experience supporting modern
deployment pipelines and structured release management processes.
· Expertise in core Salesforce administration, including permission sets,
profiles, role hierarchies, security and visibility rules, declarative customization, and
platform configuration.
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain issues,
gather requirements, and support end-users across global regions.users across global

· Proven problem-solving ability, capable of independently diagnosing issues,
researching solutions, and managing troubleshooting efforts while collaborating
effectively as part of a broader technology team. solving ability
· Experience supporting data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and workflow
automation within Salesforce.
· Solid understanding of release readiness, new feature evaluation, and smooth
rollout planning.
