We are seeking a visionary Instructional Design Leader to drive large-scale SAP and Systems Implementation (SI) learning engagements. You will lead a global team of specialists, bridging the gap between complex technical systems and high-impact employee experiences.

The Role at a Glance

As a Learning Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital learning solutions. You aren’t just managing projects; you are building a practice, mentoring talent, and leveraging cutting-edge tech like SAP EnableNow to transform how global workforces adopt new systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive large-scale SAP/SI engagements, managing stakeholders, project economics, and high-level quality assurance.

  • Team Development: Build and mentor a team of instructional designers; serve as a coach to foster continuous professional growth.

  • Design Excellence: Oversee the creation of learner-centric content (WBTs, VILT, Videos, Nano-learning) using ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and visual design principles.

  • Innovation: Utilize advanced digital tools (Articulate, WalkMe, Vyond) and explore automation to increase operational efficiency.

  • Business Growth: Partner with regional leaders to build project pipelines and develop proprietary tools and methodologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 10–14 years in complex learning projects, specifically within SAP (S4/HANA, FI, HR, MM) or other ERP environments (Oracle, Workday).

  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of SAP EnableNow and various authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate).

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to manage project risks, budgets, and large, distributed teams.

  • Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to global stakeholders.

  • Agility: A proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and cross-cultural collaboration.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with gamification and data-driven instructional design.

  • Background in content marketing or tech-heavy organizations.

  • Familiarity with video technology and website design.
