Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 12+ years of experience in data center networking or large-scale enterprise network environments

• Deep expertise in data center network design and protocols (BGP, OSPF, EVPN/VXLAN, MPLS preferred)

• Strong experience with spine-leaf architectures and high-availability designs

• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform)

• Experience with network monitoring, telemetry, and performance analysis tools

• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and influence across teams

• Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hybrid cloud connectivity (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Familiarity with load balancers, firewalls, and service insertion architectures

• Experience in large-scale data center migrations or technology refresh programs

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, cloud networking certifications)

• Experience in regulated or high-availability environments (media, finance, healthcare, or SaaS)
