What you will do:
Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, managing complex stakeholder relationships across US and India time zones
Own and manage complex calendars, including global meetings, leadership reviews, customer interactions, and cross-functional forums
Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts across time zones and resolve them with minimal guidance
Plan and execute leadership events, offsites, town halls, and business reviews, both virtual and in-person
Provide program management support for cross-functional initiatives:
Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items
Create and maintain project plans, status dashboards, and executive readouts
Coordinate across functions (HR, Finance, Ops, TA, Tech, etc.) to ensure timely delivery
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, briefing documents, and post-meeting summaries
Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and standardizing workflows
What you will bring:
You should have Bachelors degree with 10-15years of relevant experience.
You should possess excellent communication skills: oral and written English
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders across multiple geographies (US–India mandatory)
Strong program or project management experience, including running initiatives end-to-end
Expertise in calendar, travel, and event management for senior leadership
Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and influence without authority
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with project tools is a plus
Comfortable working across time zones and flexible hours as needed
