Consultant, SE: Technical Leadership & Collabaration (Guidewire)

Serve as a technical SME across PolicyCenter, integrations, and cloud deployment

models.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‐technical audiences.

• Partner with development, DevOps, SRE, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure

reliable production operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Familiar with insurance business processes (Auto, Property, P&C lines).

• Eager to grow skills in PolicyCenter, message brokers, batch processing, and

databases.

• Flexible, collaborative, and effective across diverse teams and domains.

• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and service delivery.

• Excellent communicator capable of simplifying complex technical topics.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands‐on development and support experience with Guidewire

PolicyCenter.

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud, cloud deployment models, and architecture.

• 4+ years of experience in the P&C insurance domain.

• Strong understanding of API‐driven architectures and integration patterns.

• Hands‐on experience with source control and deployment tools such as GitHub and

UrbanCode Deploy.

• Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
