System Engineer

Strong Windows 2016, 2019 and 2022 operating system knowledge.

 Experience with Windows operating systems on physical machines, on hypervisors and in Cloud.

 Design and configure system security benchmarks and reporting methodologies.

 Storage platform integration, hardware driver and firmware integration.

 Operating system tuning of resources and parameters (e.g. network configuration, shared

memory, services).

 Script development and maintenance – Command Line, PowerShell and/or Python scripting

proficiency.

 Performance troubleshooting of memory and CPU utilization, I/O components and other

peripherals.

 Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystems including Active Directory and SQL Server.

 Knowledge of enterprise tools and products (e.g. Varonis and Defender).

 System replication and recovery within the Cloud environment.
