Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:

• Lead and contribute to moderately complex business operations and initiatives that support defined business goals and execution outcomes

• Identify process improvement and risk management opportunities through root cause analysis of compliance, operational, and performance metrics

• Evaluate areas of strength and opportunity within a defined scope and help develop strategies, action plans, and effective processes aligned with performance and policy expectations

• Apply independent judgment to address moderately complex business challenges and guide medium-risk deliverables

• Present and support recommendations to improve business performance, support functions, and risk management practices, including monitoring their effectiveness

• Work independently to provide subject matter guidance across support functions within a single business group or line of business

• Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management to align priorities, resolve issues, and support decision-making

• Provide project or workstream leadership, including direction and feedback to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff, without formal people-management responsibility
