Work Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
We are seeking an exceptional individual to support ongoing enhancements to the Vendor Risk Management Program (VRMP) through data management, documentation, and engagement with the program framework, processes, and platforms.
The VRMP Analyst will execute goals related to process enhancement and vendor inventory enrichment projects primarily through day-to-day support tasks. These tasks include managing vendor data and inventory and supporting the annual vendor due diligence questionnaire exercise. This role includes configuring ProcessUnity, sending questionnaires, tracking responses, and identifying opportunities to optimize operational processes.
Business & Enterprise Functions SupportedThe Firm evaluates vendor policies and practices across data privacy, cybersecurity, business continuity, ESG, and financial health to adhere to the highest standards of professional ethics. The VRMP team provides support to business units and individual vendor relationship managers to complete assessments and mitigate risks appropriately.
We manage vendor inventory in ProcessUnity, execute platform configurations per process maturation requirements, and conduct vendor risk due diligence via annual questionnaires. Planned process enhancements include creating intersystem (contract management, accounts payable, CMDB) and cross-functional (Cybersecurity, Modern Slavery, Data Privacy, Business Continuity, Legal & Compliance) linkages to build a comprehensive risk view of all third-party engagements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSubject Matter Expertise: Serve as the system/process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and central support resource for users.
Data & Inventory Management: Perform data consolidation and entry tasks; create new vendor profiles with key data points and enrich existing profiles.
Governance & Documentation: Support the maintenance of data and document repositories according to governance requirements.
System Configuration: Design and configure workflows in ProcessUnity for processes such as Inherent Risk Questionnaires, Due Diligence Questionnaires, and overall workflow management.
Play a critical role in the evolution of the firm’s Vendor Risk Management program with direct exposure to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Work with modern technologies and processes to build a scalable enterprise risk program.
Gain deep expertise in third-party risk management, governance, and enterprise platform architecture.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 1 year of in-office experience required (3 years preferred).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of Low-Code SaaS tools and hands-on familiarity with system configuration.

Preferred Experience
Prior data management, risk management, or audit experience in Banking/Finance (related to technology, information security, or operational risk).
Experience in workflow/platform development, API integration, enterprise application integration (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and GRC platforms.
Experience with dashboard/reporting development, data migration/transformation, and application of SDLC, testing, and change management best practices.
