What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Training Program Administrator to support our Talent Acquisition and Development Team. This team plays a critical role within the private wealth management business, driving efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Our mission encompasses strategic hiring, onboarding new talent, and cultivating leadership capabilities to ensure long-term growth and excellence.

As an integral part of the team, you will manage training activities and build employee skills, often providing new hires with their first impression of the firm. You will provide essential administrative support for internal development programs, requiring strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice.

Job Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for various development training programs.

  • Logistics & Coordination: Handle program logistics, including scheduling presenters, booking meeting rooms, sending session invites, and preparing session materials/prework.

  • Account Administration: Set up trainee user accounts and manage access to learning platforms.

  • Evaluation & Grading: Partner with the training team to grade assignments and monitor surveys to assess the impact of program sessions.

  • Data Maintenance: Assist with compiling, maintaining, and reporting on training data.

  • Content Management: Complete regular reviews and updates of existing training modules.

  • Process Improvement: Drive technology enhancements to improve the efficiency of training programs.

What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a global company.

  • Organizational Skills: An eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple high-volume projects.

  • Communication: Accomplished communicator with experience interacting with senior leadership and internal clients.

  • Technical Expertise: * Expertise in Outlook calendar management for multiple stakeholders.

    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Familiarity with Zoom and virtual meeting coordination.

  • Mindset: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving in a busy environment while maintaining composure and positivity.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of the private wealth management industry is a plus.
