Trade Compliance Specialist

* Perform trade compliance reviews of customer orders, transactions, and international shipments. * Conduct sanctions and restricted party screening using internal compliance tools.

* Identify, assess, and mitigate trade compliance risks related to global business activities.

* Review and validate tariff codes, HTS codes and other customs-related data.

* Collaborate with Order Management, Logistics, Distribution, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliant order processing and timely deliveries.

* Review end-to-end supply chain transactions from order creation through shipment and distribution.

* Investigate and resolve trade compliance-related issues that may impact customer orders or business operations.

* Monitor compliance alerts, exceptions, and escalations, and take appropriate follow-up actions.

* Maintain accurate documentation, audit-ready records, and compliance-related reports.

* Support compliance investigations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

* Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, Export Control, and Regulatory teams on trade compliance requirements.

* Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing compliance effectiveness, operational efficiency, and risk management.
