Location:  Trivandrum, KOCHI, COIAMBATORE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3–7 years of SAP FICO experience, preferably with global clients.

• SAP Certification in FICO is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP FICO incidents, service requests, and change management.

• Analyze and resolve defects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

• Handle change requests and align with new business needs.

• Develop documentation (configurations, user guides, test scripts).

• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

• Participate in on-call rotation and flexible shifts across global time zones.

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules: G/L, AR, AP, Banking, Asset Accounting, Cost & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Month/Year-end close.

• Experience with FI integration points (MM, SD, HR, PP, PM).

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work independently in time-critical environments.
