Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3–7 years of SAP FICO experience, preferably with global clients.
SAP Certification in FICO is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP FICO incidents, service requests, and change management.
Analyze and resolve defects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver efficient solutions.
Handle change requests and align with new business needs.
Develop documentation (configurations, user guides, test scripts).
Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
Participate in on-call rotation and flexible shifts across global time zones.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules: G/L, AR, AP, Banking, Asset Accounting, Cost & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Month/Year-end close.
Experience with FI integration points (MM, SD, HR, PP, PM).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently in time-critical environments.
