To qualify for the role, you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
5+ Years of experience required in one or more areas within SAP FICO and RAR preferably with Global client
Specialization in configuring and implementing SAP RAR (1.2/1.3 or S/4HANA) to comply with IFRS 15/ASC 606 standards
Managed performance obligations (POBs), contract management, and integration with SD/FI/CO modules
Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes and methodology and how it interacts with the application lifecycle management principles
Proven track record of successfully driving solutions in a complex, multi-platform environment
Extensive in client management working with various regions in a global setting
Depth of experience in setting up, growing, transforming, and delivering application management teams
Strong leadership and team building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Strong client management, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and make data driven decisions
Responsible for providing support SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Support incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions.
Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements.
Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.
Cross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite model.
Defect resolution and defect analysis related to FICO.
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross functional team environment.
Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements
