Supply Chain Associate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Analyst with a strong
background in Supply Chain Management and Business Intelligence tools to join our
team on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in
SAP Planning (Supply Planning and Demand planning) PLM, Power BI, Tableau,
Excel, and SQL, along with a deep understanding of demand, and supply planning
processes, inventory entitlement, and optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Business Intelligence:
Utilize Global Supply Chain Projects Planning processes to enact product changes
and changes to supply chain flows. This role will plan for seamless transitions from
the ‘as is’ configuration to the ‘to be’ state.
Collaborate with regulatory partners to determine country-level regulatory import and
distribution restrictions related to the new product design
Based on the regulatory assessment, develop supply implementation strategy for the
project team that details which of the following will be required for the project: BOM
update, Code creation, inventory build, FG depletion, and/or Raw material/component
phase in/out
Align with all business partners (Regulatory Affairs, Labeling, Packaging, Master
Data Management, Global / Regional PLAN, PEx, CLS, PP&L, ExOps) to ensure
alignment and agreement on upcoming changes and implement supply chain planning
actions according to the designed strategy
Identify and pro-actively mitigate risks throughout the entire supply chain
Drive improvements in Global Supply Chain Projects processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum four (5) years of relevant professional work experience
Experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning / Logistics, Industrial
Engineering or Finance; preferably in a multinational company.
Demonstrated accountability and resilience when faced with multiple challenges.
Strong analytical skills with capability to query systems to extract sets of data for
analysis.
Confident, articulate, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Accuracy with high attention to details.
Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated ability to manage complexity.
Preferred:
4+ Years of supply chain experience in medical device company
Supply planning experience
Advanced Excel skills – SQL, Power BI, Advance Excel
Process Excellence certification or demonstrated experience
Other:
Fluency in English required, other languages desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business
Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
