Designation: Supplier Quality Officer

Location: Mulund


Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct supplier audits and visits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Ensure suppliers follow applicable regulations such as CDSCO, Local FDA, and Schedule M. - Track supplier audits and drive timely closure of audit action plans.

- Review supplier audit evidence and verify effective closure of audit observations.

- Support and monitor supplier-related change control activities.

- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality system issues.

- Prepare and support supplier risk assessments and follow up on mitigation actions.

- Drive closure of supplier-related action plans, escalations, and exit strategies.

- Support supplier reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain quality and compliance standards.


Experience & Skills:

- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Quality function within FMCG, pharmaceutical industry or equivalent.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Department, auditing suppliers / External manufacturer etc in Consumer or Pharmaceutical industry.

- Should have knowledge of Food, drugs & Cosmetics regulatory guidelines, ICH, FSSAI, BRC, CDSCO guidelines.

- Strong understanding and knowledge of QMS processes or operations experience in FMCG, API and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

- Proficiency in tools and applications such as Power BI, PowerPoint, Tableau or similar

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret, visually present, and report on complex data to drive decisions


Qualification:

- M. Sc / B. Pharmacy / M. Pharmacy/Chemical engineer/ Packaging

- ISO 9001:2015 Certification will be added advantage
