Sr Analyst
Job Description : Sr Analyst
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
Manage end-to-end replenishment planning and execution to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Execute fortnightly STOs (Stock Transfer Orders) and satellite distribution centre replenishments.
Monitor inventory health and support inventory optimization initiatives.
Order Management & Execution
Manage import purchase orders from creation through warehouse receipt.
Coordinate label orders and ensure timely availability for product supply.
Process and monitor customer hold orders, sample requests, and special-order requirements.
Coordinate order fulfilment activities with warehouses and logistics partners.
Support end-to-end execution of drop ship orders for IB markets.
Support execution for export affiliate orders.
Planning Systems & Master Data
Maintain SAP master data, material parameters, pricing records, and planning-related information.
Support MRP execution, orchestration, and exception management.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports.
Develop and maintain MIS reports covering inventory, orders, sales, service levels, and supply
performance.
Analyse supply chain performance data and provide actionable insights.
Support management reviews through dashboards, presentations, and performance reporting.
Drive digital transformation and automation for reporting and analytics.
Tender, Pricing & Commercial Support
Support end-to-end tender processing and execution activities.
Manage SAP pricing updates and related system maintenance.
Coordinate sample processing and commercial execution requirements.
Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure smooth order-to-delivery execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, quality, regulatory, finance, and commercial teams.
Participate in supply review meetings and operational planning discussions.
Drive issue resolution related to inventory, supply shortages, master data, and order execution.
Planning Analyst
Qualifications & Skills Required
2-5 Years of relevant experience, A minimum of 2 years relevant Data handling and analytics required
Proven ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable
recommendations.
STEM Graduates or Postgraduates with expertise in Business/Data Analytics or related field
Knowledge/Certifications in Supply chain preferred, experience in supply chain planning & operations
and systems
Digital Skills
Proficient in MS Office, (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Digital & Automation tools: Python, Power BI and any other automation tools like KNIME, Alteryx
Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, other LLMs)
