Core ServiceNow Development

• Application Creation: Build and maintain custom scoped applications tailored to specific business requirements.

• Workflow Automation: Design and implement complex Flow Designer workflows, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.

• Service Portal: Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using Service Portal, including custom Widget development.

• Integration: Configure and maintain bi-directional integrations using REST/SOAP API, Integration Hub, and Mid Servers.

2. Advanced Scripting (JavaScript)

• Server-Side Scripting: Write high-performance GlideRecord queries, Script Includes, and background scripts.

• Client-Side Scripting: Utilize modern JavaScript to enhance user experience while maintaining browser compatibility and performance.

• Code Quality: Ensure all scripts follow ServiceNow best practices to minimize technical debt and ensure upgradeability.

3. Platform Governance & Optimization

• Instance Management: Manage Update Sets, perform system upgrades, and coordinate deployments across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.

• Troubleshooting: Debug complex technical issues using the Script Debugger and system logs.

• Security: Implement Data Policies and Access Control Lists (ACLs) to ensure data security and compliance.
