We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across IT service management platforms. The role involves working on end-to-end development, integrations, and enhancements while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & develop ServiceNow applications and modules

  • Work on ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and related modules

  • Develop client scripts, business rules, workflows, UI policies

  • Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs

  • Perform customization, enhancements, and platform upgrades

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Development

  • Hands-on with ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal / CSM

  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS

  • Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)

  • Expertise in workflows, ACLs, scripting

  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills


Experience

  • 4–7 years overall experience

  • Minimum 3+ years in ServiceNow development

Good to Have

  • ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification

  • ITIL knowledge

  • Experience in large-scale or consulting environments
