Senior Software Engineer
In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience developing data-driven applications, reporting platforms, or analytics solutions.
Strong experience in data engineering (ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, transformation).
Experience with Azure and/or OpenShift/Kubernetes-based platforms
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or Node.js)
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with RBAC, authentication, or secure application design
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in a global delivery environment (U.S. and India collaboration)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Experience with data science, statistical analysis, or advanced analytics techniques
Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, or big data platforms
Experience integrating BI/reporting tools into engineering workflows
Knowledge of event-driven architectures or real-time data processing
Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing)
Experience working in financial services or regulated environments.

Design and implement Reports as Code solutions using version-controlled, testable, and automated pipelines
Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and curated datasets to support reporting and analytics.
Develop cloud-native, containerized applications using Azure and/or OpenShift (AKS/Kubernetes)
Integrate applications with enterprise relational and NoSQL databases, optimizing for performance and scalability
Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and secure access patterns aligned with enterprise standards
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting and analytics solutions
Apply data analysis and data science techniques to enhance reporting outcomes and insights
Deliver end-to-end software solutions, including design, build, testing, deployment, and production support
Apply SDLC best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews
Ensure security, reliability, performance, and compliance across systems
Partner with global teams to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise standards and priorities
Identify and drive improvements across engineering practices, tooling, and data quality
